This policy applies to everyone who visits the website, creates an account, submits a form or contacts us. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited activity
- Placing orders with someone else's identity, address or payment details.
- Scraping, mass-downloading, mirroring or reselling our content, catalogue data or images without written permission.
- Probing, scanning or overloading the website, bypassing access controls, or uploading malware.
- Automated bulk ordering, price monitoring bots, or interfering with stock availability for other customers.
- Using the site to break any applicable law or to infringe someone's rights.
3. Content standards
Anything you send us — messages, reviews, account details — must be accurate, your own to share, and free of insults, hate speech, threats, spam or advertising. Do not include other people's personal data without their consent.
4. Resale and business use
The shop sells to consumers for personal consumption. Bulk purchases for resale need our written agreement — write to [email protected] and we will happily discuss wholesale.
5. Enforcement
If this policy is breached we may remove content, cancel orders, suspend or delete an account, block access, and report serious cases to the authorities. Where we can, we will explain the reason first.
6. Reporting a problem
Seen abuse, a security issue or content that shouldn't be here? Email [email protected] with the details and we will look into it promptly.

Frequently asked questions
Payment, delivery, allergens and returns — the essentials before you order.
All questionsHow do I pay for my order?
Bank transfer is currently the only payment method. After you place your order, we send our bank details and the order number to your email. Please use the order number as the transfer reference.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard courier delivery costs €4.90 and is free for orders of €35 or more. Express courier delivery costs €7.90.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, express delivery the next business day. Times are counted from when your payment is credited to our account and are approximate.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
Every product page lists the ingredients, allergens and nutrition values per 100 g as published for that product. Always check the packaging too, as manufacturers may change recipes.
Do you make the chocolate yourselves?
No. APIOR is a retail boutique. We curate and sell genuine branded chocolate and confectionery from established European manufacturers such as Lindt, Ritter Sport, Milka, Ferrero and Haribo.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in our policy — for example, food products whose seal has been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.
Which currency am I charged in?
All orders are charged in euro (EUR). At checkout you can view an approximate amount in US dollars, British pounds or Polish złoty, but this is for reference only.
