Cookie Policy

Small files and browser storage that keep your basket working — and the optional ones you control.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use local storage, which works the same way but stays on your device and is never sent to our servers automatically.

2. Strictly necessary

  • Basket and wishlist (local storage, kept until you clear it) — remembers the treats you selected so they survive a page reload.
  • Cookie choice (local storage, 12 months) — remembers your answer to the cookie banner so we stop asking.
  • Session and security (session cookie) — keeps you signed in and protects forms against abuse.

3. Optional cookies

Analytics cookies would help us see which pages are useful and where the shop is confusing. They are set only if you choose "Accept all". No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used on this website.

4. Third-party content

Product photographs are served from the Open Food Facts image servers, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the file.

5. Changing your choice

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit. Blocking strictly necessary storage will stop the basket and wishlist from working.

6. More information

How we handle personal data more generally is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Payment, delivery, allergens and returns — the essentials before you order.

All questions
How do I pay for my order?

Bank transfer is currently the only payment method. After you place your order, we send our bank details and the order number to your email. Please use the order number as the transfer reference.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard courier delivery costs €4.90 and is free for orders of €35 or more. Express courier delivery costs €7.90.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, express delivery the next business day. Times are counted from when your payment is credited to our account and are approximate.

Where can I find ingredients and allergens?

Every product page lists the ingredients, allergens and nutrition values per 100 g as published for that product. Always check the packaging too, as manufacturers may change recipes.

Do you make the chocolate yourselves?

No. APIOR is a retail boutique. We curate and sell genuine branded chocolate and confectionery from established European manufacturers such as Lindt, Ritter Sport, Milka, Ferrero and Haribo.

Can I withdraw from my purchase?

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in our policy — for example, food products whose seal has been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.

Which currency am I charged in?

All orders are charged in euro (EUR). At checkout you can view an approximate amount in US dollars, British pounds or Polish złoty, but this is for reference only.

How can I contact you?
